So, I haven't been on here is so long that I have to just do brief updates because it is just too much to say.

Motherhood
I love being a mom!!!!! Preston just brings so much joy to my life its unreal! I can't believe he is 1 year old now! We had his birthday party a couple of weeks ago, he was Christened that same weekend. We had a great time and Pierre and I got along quite well. So well that we had an intimate session and thought we had a pg scare....AF showed up yesterday, but she's basically gone today. Who knows could still be. What a Christmas present!

Career
I started a new job as a Settlement Analyst for a company called CompuCredit in Perimeter. I've been here 2 weeks and LOVE what I do! I can't say that Corporate America is for me forever, but its working for now. I am gaining the experience and the exposure I need to succeed in this ugly workforce. Entrepreneurship has knocked on my door and Envi Consulting & Associates is growing by leaps and bounds. I just enrolled in the Event Coordinator Certificate program at Georgia Perimeter College and by April I will be able to say that I am a CERTIFIED Event Coordinator! Talk about career expectations and growth. I foresee Envi being a boutique Event Management Firm, planning the elitest of events in the metro Atlanta area and then expanding across the U.S.

Love Life
This is always a hot topic for Morgan! I have been in some dramatic situations in the past 5 years and it is just amazing. I have grown so much in the past 2 years that I know exactly what I want out of a relationship and a man to be my mate! Hallelujer! Supportive, Compassion, Faithfulness (walking with God), Strong yet Sensitive to my needs and desires, Sexy, and an all around Gentleman. Quincy and I have taken a couple of hiatuses from each other which were needed. I battle internal demons with whether I really want to put Pierre aside and focus on building and solidifying my relationship with Quincy who is way more mature and focused on providing a stable, loving environment for me and my son, or following my heart and wanting to work things out with Pierre because I know he loves me and he has a lot of potential....and he's PJ's dad. Pierre wants another baby now. Threw me for a loop.

Friends
I'm cutting people off left and right. I need to surround myself around like-minded, growth potential, faith walking people. Not just people who've I've known forever and thus feel obligated to be around them. These people know who they are, no need to name names.

Well, I guess that is it for now. I'm really going to focus on writing in here more often. Might not be too drama filled anymore because Lakea and I have a pretty cordial relationship, but you know how that is. Oh yea, Shameeka and Chris are having another baby. A girl this time. I'm happy for them, and I'm even happier her name is going to be Nia. Why? Because it was talk of her name being Kennadi and everyone knows that my little diva is going to be Kennadi Noelle (Lawson) ::smile::
